Allendale Columbia students have the opportunity to travel to Senegal during spring break with other high school students through the AC Center for Global Engagement and the AC Center for Entrepreneurship. They will spend eight days partnering with a French/English speaking Senegalese high school student and learn about civic engagement and entrepreneurship in this beautiful West African country. This trip is being offered for the second time after its successful launch two years ago, this time with a focus on entrepreneurship. Senegal is known for its Teranga, which means “Warm Welcome.”
