How to Apply

  • 1. SUBMIT YOUR ONLINE APPLICATION

    Our online application makes it easy to apply to AC! Please know that we accept applications throughout the year, however priority admission decisions for the upcoming school year are made at the end of February for all applicants who submitted their application and supporting materials by January 31.
  • 2. SCHEDULE A CAMPUS VISIT

    We cannot wait to learn more about your family! Join us for an in-person or virtual tour of campus. As part of getting to know your child, we also require a meeting with our Division Heads, a student interview, and an academic assessment. There’s no reason to stress—we promise! 

    All visits and interviews should be scheduled by contacting the Admission Office at 585.641.5344 or admissions@allendalecolumbia.org.
  • 3. SUBMIT A RECORDS RELEASE FORM

    Next, we need your school records! Please complete and submit our Records Release Form to your child’s current school to request their records be sent to AC (applicants in grades Pre-kindergarten – Grade 12).
  • 4. REQUEST TEACHER RECOMMENDATIONS

    For applicants to AC3's – Grade 5, we require one teacher recommendation. For applicants to grades 6-12, we require two teacher recommendations. Teacher Recommendations will be submitted through our online application portal.
