AC3's and Pre-K families will gather near the preprimary playground to enjoy a picnic lunch. The school year concludes at 1:00 p.m. (following picnic). Rainbow Room Jr. will be open from 1:00 to 6:00 for the children that are regularly scheduled for afternoon care.

This event is a celebration for our Middle School students, faculty, and parents. This event highlights students who have achieved throughout the year at the highest level, as well as recognizes our 8th-grade students who are moving on to Upper School next year. The Upper School Recognition Ceremony occurs on June 9th from 1:30-3:00 in the Curtis Performing Center. This event honors our students for their accomplishments from the past several years. Everyone is invited to attend, and we will be sending individual invitations to parents whose children have been chosen for an award. We would love for parents and siblings of our seniors to join us for this event. For those who are unable to attend in person, we hope you can view our ceremony virtually. Commencement will be held on Sunday, June 11th at 1:00 p.m. on AC’s campus. The ceremony will be under a tent on the main soccer field. You may park in the back parking lot and follow the sidewalk to the courtyard to access the event space. Students should arrive between 11:30 and 11:45 for photos. We hope you will join us for this fun event, rain or shine! The water park will be open from 6 - 8 p.m. that evening and rides will be open from 6 -10 p.m. Please note that parents must accompany their children, as supervision is not provided. Tickets are $25 each and may be purchased at the front desk.
Allendale Columbia School, 5:00-7:00 p.m. (program begins at 5:45 p.m.) Please join members of the Board of Trustees and the Alumni Association Board as we present the Distinguished Alumni Award to Matt Zeller ’00. Matt is a U.S. Army veteran and a Senior Advisor to Iraq and Afghanistan Veterans of America. He is also co-founder of No One Left Behind, Advisory Board Chair of the Association of Wartime Allies, a Truman National Security Project Fellow, and an adjunct fellow at the American Security Project.
Join Coach Dolan, Coach Singaravelu, and former HAC player and owner of Empire Tennis, Jason Speirs Class of ’99 from Harley for a Reunion first--a tennis tournament! Sign up with a partner or the coaches will assign one as players register. This is a “Tie Breaker Tournament” for former HAC tennis team members or alumni. There will be a fun games court for anyone playing or not playing in the tournament. No experience needed for the games court.
Cost is $15 per player, $25 per team to participate. A portion of your fee will support Tennis Saves, a not-for-profit created to provide low-cost tennis match play opportunities for our tennis community all year round.
