3rd Grade Field Trip to the Theatre

On Wednesday, April 2 at 9:15 am, the 3rd Grade will take a field trip to Tykes Theater to see a modern retelling performance of Rapunzel. The show is being staged at the JCC at 1200 Edgewood Ave in Rochester.  We have one 15 person bus available for this trip, and a small group of children will ride in another vehicle with a teacher and another adult. We will return to AC at 11:15.

 

This year, we have studied creative choices in class. This fairy tale adaptation will provide us with an opportunity to critically discuss the decisions available to a creator of theater. We also hope to have fun and share some laughs.
